‌Wiring error‌: When the photovoltaic string is connected to the combiner box, the construction personnel did not correctly distinguish the positive and negative poles, and connected the positive pole of a string with the negative pole of other strings, causing a short circuit.

‌Power module failure‌: An internal fault occurred in the power module, causing arcing‌.

Circuit breaker problem‌: The phase interval of the circuit breaker is not installed, or the circuit breaker is too close to the casing, and the arcing distance is not enough‌.
